I ordered multiple items, and only received one... where is the rest of my order?
Products will be arriving from different origins. When multiple items are ordered at one time, they may be shipped from different vendors and will arrive at different times. If there is a problem keeping you from receive your complete order, we will refund you the amount of the product not received or give you credit for the merchandise. Just contact us about it. We will always take great care of you.
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Customers can accidentally digit wrong email information. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Make sure that the information provided in your checkout is correct before submitting it to our sales department and you will get your confirmation notice and further information about your purchase. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
What is your refunds returns and exchanges policy?
We have a 30 day no-hassle Return/Exchange, or Full Refund Policy. Shipping fee is non-refundable. Return item(s) must be UNUSED and in its ORIGINAL CONDITION. Items must be returned with the RMA FORM emailed to you by one of our customer service agents. Please download, fill the form, and send it with the return item(s). Please, ship item (s) to:

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
